History
Kingsley Schoolhouse
- 1893: Kingsley Schoolhouse constructed in a spot known locally as Froggy Hollow
- 1935: Schoolhouse closed as families left the area during the Depression
- Also served as a community center for meetings, box socials and fundraising activities
- Restored and well kept, it has been the site of open houses for the public recently
- Listed on the Master Plan for Historic Preservation in Montgomery County
